Reviews are beginning to come in for the new and updated Peak Sinfonia loudspeakers, so we thought we’d share one of the first with you.
Twittering Machines is based in the rural quiet of Hunterdon County, New Jersey; the perfect place perhaps to hide away a substantial audio review space. Founder and owner Michael Lavorgna has been reviewing hifi for over 20 years, including 7 with Stereophile, so he knows what he’s talking about.
And Michael’s approach aligns well with our own, he is influenced by the Emotional Quotient of music – how it moves him and makes him feel – rather than by measurements or specifications. So we were especially interested to see what he made of new Sinfonia… and we weren’t disappointed.
“Sinfonia make music sound and feel about as solid as I’ve heard with stunning dynamic impact
…this drew me deep into the meaning of music““Sinfonia’s strengths come together offering up among the most stirring renditions of this record I’ve had the pleasure to feel“
“a perfect 10 out of 10“
“a modern speaker that’s fully capable of inspiring passion“
“I was greeted by a level of visceral and emotional impact that I frankly didn’t see coming.
Music kicked hard, cried, shouted, rocked, danced and had me in its grip““[Sinfonia] make music feel full bodied, rich, and emotionally rewarding“
