ReSponse S – Acrylic Isolator
- £130Designed to provide an optimal platform for high performance floorstanding loudspeakers, the ReSponse also provides an excellent isolation sub-table for equipment.
When used a a floorstanding speaker isolator, the response can provide much better termination for the speaker than spikes. The sense of freedom, speed and harmonic integrity provided by the use of the stands is clearly audible, giving the ‘transparency’ of a standmount speaker while keeping the authority of a floorstander. The standard support (S) is suitable for speakers with widths of up to 30cm. Larger speakers up to 40cm wide can be accommodated by the large version of the stand. Supplied with a 33cm cross spar as standard and 2 support brackets per speaker.
As an equipment isolator, the ReSponse stand will effectively isolate equipment from floor borne vibrations. As an equipment sub-table the ReSponse will help isolate equipment from the inevitable resonances and colourations of glass or wooden shelving.
The ReSponse Stand is supplied with a cross spar and two isolation brackets. Additional brackets are available for further isolation. Each additional bracket is £50.
The ReSponse S is 42cm wide and suitable for loudspeakers up to 26cm wide. Spar lengths are 25cm, 33cm, or 49cm.
